Decent but nothing special
It's okay. I've been taking it for a month and haven't noticed a huge difference. Maybe I need more time. The quality seems fine.

Really good quality
Good product overall. I've noticed some improvements since I started taking it. The only downside is it takes a while to see results, but I think that's normal.
